Julio's Story
Life
From Berlin, I returned to Buenos Aires completing school at the American Community School. Studied Political Science at Sophia University (Tokyo) and International Relationes at then Universidad del Salvador. Post graduate work at the Foreign Service Institute and Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao).
Got married to Liliana in 1984 and have two children: Pablo (born 1990) and Maria de los Milagros (1996).

otocol Department, Consul at Bilbao (1989-94), Consul at Johannesburg (Temporary - 1995), Administratrion and Budget Undersecretariat, Central and East Europe Department, Embassy in Peking (1997-2003), Director of Travel Documents in Consular Affairs, and Consul General at Guangzhou (2011-16). Last post was Special Representative for Terrorism Affairs at the Ministry ofForeign Affairs. Now retired and working on my PhD for the fun of it!
